Every product in the collection is certified USDA Organic, produced in a permanently Big 9 Allergen-Free facility, GFCO certified at less than 10 ppm, and made with certified organic cold-pressed avocado oil — never canola, sunflower, soybean, or any seed oil blend. White potato products contain two ingredients: organic upcycled potatoes and organic avocado oil. Sweet potato products use the same organic avocado oil with a clean organic gluten-free coating.
Roots launched in 2024 as the first seed oil-free frozen fry in U.S. grocery and the first organic seed oil-free frozen fry.
