Cheesy Baked Fries- 1 Bag Roots Straight-Cut Fries
- ½ cup shredded parmesan
- sea salt and pepper, to taste
Basil Garlic Aioli
- 4 tbsp fresh basil
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 egg yolks
- ½ cup avocado oil
- ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
- ½ tsp salt
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Place the fries on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 20 minutes. Remove from the oven, season with salt, and sprinkle the cheese on top. Bake for another 3-5 minutes, until cheese melts.
- Meanwhile, place the basil, garlic, egg yolks, and salt into a food processor and pulse. Slowly pour in the avocado and olive oil at a steady, thin stream while the food processor is on. Process until aioli forms, scrape down the sides, and process again.
